Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, assisting with needs and providing personalized products and services.
• Models customer-obsessed behaviors and service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate service in the photo department, including digital passport photos and promotion of products and services.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, following cash handling procedures.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department, monitoring levels and maintaining records.
