Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, accurate service at the photo counter and promote photo products and services.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, following cash handling procedures.
• Own inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department and monitor stock to meet forecasted demand.
• Fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide customer support for services such as FedEx, Western Union and related offerings.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised photo department; support merchandising and cross‑department collaboration.
