Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs at The Shops at Chestnut Hill is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager to assist the Local Manager in leading a guest-focused team during the peak season. You will help with daily photo operations, scheduling, training, inventory, and opening/closing procedures while driving sales and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

The role offers hours at $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities for seasonal growth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Cash handling/sales experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Minimum 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for retail/hospitality roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold company policies.
• Assist opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, training.
• Capture guest memories and help guests select souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to Local Management as needed.
• Support Local Manager with scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
