Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs operates Photogenic, seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Operations Manager, leading the local team to achieve personal, professional and company goals.

You will promote a positive, collaborative environment, help guests with souvenirs, and address issues to ensure top guest experiences. Responsibilities include daily operations, scheduling, training and supporting recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience handling sales transactions and cash.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a retail environment.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs (photography experience not required).
• Address and resolve guest concerns or service failures to ensure optimal guest experiences.
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies established by the Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world-class guest service.
• Establish and maintain positive/vendor relations with staff at all locations and assist where needed.
• Assist Operations Manager with inventory, scheduling, training and recruiting.
• All other duties as assigned.
