Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Department Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the photo counter, including digital passport photos and supporting transaction workflows. You will own inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure product availability while promoting photo offerings to customers.

You will assist with checkout, uphold merchandising standards, and support cross‑department collaboration to meet store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
