Boeing in North Charleston, SC, seeks Aircraft Assembly Mechanic (Level B or C) for 787-production support. The role involves electrical, system, or seal/wing mechanics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates have PHOP training, English proficiency, and ability to read drawings and follow detailed work instructions.

Formación

• Successful completion of the PHOP program.
• Ability to work variable shifts (first, second, or third).
• English proficiency required to operate in a multilingual production setting.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings or specifications in English.
• Experience with basic hand, power and pneumatic tools.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety protocols and protect colleagues and workplace.
• Maintain quality standards meeting regulatory and company requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates and support teams to achieve shared goals.
• Read and interpret electronic technical work instructions, drawings, specifications.
• Complete new hire foundational training to obtain required certifications.
• Operate mechanical lifts and use hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Inspect work quality and look for Foreign Object Debris.
• Remain onsite and capable of working with energized electrical sources and noise.
