Job summary

TrustBank is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to greet customers by phone and in person, route calls, and provide information on bank products and services. The role supports multiple departments and helps deliver exceptional customer experiences across communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service, receptionist, call center, banking, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, customer service and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling bank locations.
• Identify caller needs and direct calls to the appropriate department or employee.
• Provide information about branch locations, hours, products, and procedures.
• Assist with routine service requests including address changes and online banking support.
• Document inquiries and follow escalation procedures.
• Maintain directories and call routing information.
