Job Description

Since opening the doors in 1916, the Omni William Penn Hotel has played a starring role in the city of Pittsburgh, hosting movie stars, politicians, heads of state and leaders of business and industry. A multi-million-dollar renovation has only enhanced the beauty of this luxury hotel to ensure that generations to come will enjoy the outstanding service, guest room accommodations and award-winning cuisine that have defined Omni William Penn for decades. The Grande Dame is now hiring for a PBX Operator. Come and join the #1 Hotel in the City of Pittsburgh and her Team!

Responsibilities

This person would be the “one stop shop” for all our guests’ and customers’ telephone needs and to take ownership of ensuring that all of our guests’ requests are fully satisfied in a timely manner. This person should be able to properly perform all control and revenue related paperwork.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills required and some computer skills are preferred.
  • Must be flexible and able to work all shifts; including AM, PM & overnight shift. Possible on call and flexible schedules available

Unless noted differently applicants must be able to work all days including AM, PM, weekends & holiday shifts.
