Job summary

One Medical is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice clinician (FNP or PA) to join our Tempe, Arizona team. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and provide in-office or tele-health care with support from in-person and virtual teams.

Required are a national certification and an Arizona license, plus a commitment to human-centered primary care. You will work within a collaborative, innovative practice that leverages technology to improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• Arizona state license required by start date.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams to deliver high-quality care
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures as appropriate
