One Medical is seeking a Full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP/PA) in Tempe, AZ to provide patient-centered primary care across in-office, testing centers, and tele-health settings.

The role includes participation in Clinical Rounds, teamwork with in-person and virtual colleagues, and opportunities to perform in-office procedures. Arizona licensure is required, with 2+ years outpatient experience within the last five years.

Formación

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care (0+ ages) or 1 year with a fellowship/urgent care mix.
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers; conduct occasional tele-health visits.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
• Utilize your clinical training; opportunity to perform in-office procedures.
