Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of commercial/multifamily construction experience in estimating, common code requirements, and design/build estimating and preconstruction, with a concentration in large commercial construction.
• Strong business development background, interacting with clients regularly
• Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience
• Experience with computerized estimating systems and software
• Strong conceptual estimating skills
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices
