You will work closely with the Partner Success team, learn from cross-functional partners, and gain hands-on exposure to real-world optimization and growth initiatives while on-site in Dallas-area offices.

Qualifications

• Completed the second year of an undergraduate degree in Business Admin/Management/Marketing/Analytics/Communications; Masters eligible.

Responsibilities

• Track partner performance and analyze metrics for delivery and reliability.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentations to surface trends.
• Gather partner feedback and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Sales to support partners.
• Assist with business reviews, partner meetings, and follow-up items.
• Identify opportunities to improve Partner Success processes, docs, and tools.
• Support special projects related to partner growth and network expansion.
