Qualifications

• Generally 3+ years experience in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver daily weathercasts using weather data and graphics.
• Deliver urgent weather updates interrupting programming as needed.
• Produce weather materials for TV, radio, and internet across platforms.
• Support management in evaluating data gathering/presentation tools.
• Gather and verify information through interviews and research.
• Report live from events or mobile units.
• Write and produce weather stories for multiple platforms on deadline.
