Job summary

Landing is seeking a market operations lead in Phoenix to own a segment of our property portfolio, oversee member experience from booking to checkout, manage housekeeping and maintenance partners, and report market performance to the Hub Manager.

You will coordinate reservations across Landing and OTA channels like Airbnb and Booking.com, drive KPIs such as NPS and CSAT, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment where decisions matter and systems scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel operations or high-volume hospitality.
• Experience running a market or operation with autonomy.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to triage under pressure with multiple urgent tasks.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a growth-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Reservation management across direct and OTA channels including Landing.
• Member experience from booking through checkout.
• Manage property and housekeeping partner relationships.
• Track market KPIs: NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, growth.
• Coordinate reservations and maintenance with property teams.
• Onboard, install, and launch new properties within market segment.
