Qualifications

• Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area.

• Available to attend an in-person interview.
• Able to start within approximately 2 weeks of offer.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work as part of a healthcare team.
• Must complete onboarding and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition to clinical staff.
• Obtain and document vital signs and other patient information.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, physicians and healthcare team.
• Assist with additional patient-care responsibilities as assigned.
