Job summary

Tia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Scottsdale, AZ clinic to support day-to-day clinical operations and front-office tasks. You will work under supervision to deliver safe, patient-centered care within standardized workflows.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hands-on LPN nursing experience, an active Arizona LPN license, and BLS certification. Proficiency with EHRs and strong communication are essential for coordinating care across teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Completion of an approved practical nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona LPN license or compact privilege to practice in Arizona.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with patient intake, vital signs, infection control, and clinical documentation.
• Ability to learn and effectively use EHR, scheduling, and digital communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and complete standardized intake, including vital signs, patient history, and reason for visit.
• Prepare exam rooms, procedure trays, and supplies to support safe and efficient patient care.
• Support routine in-office procedures, specimen collection, phlebotomy within scope of practice as trained.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection-control, sterilization, autoclave, and safety protocols.
• Support front-office workflows, including check-in/out, scheduling, phones, and administrative tasks as needed.
