You will open doors with CEOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, founders, and investors, turning relationships into qualified opportunities for consulting, assessments, and Managed Delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, relationship-driven sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven success generating qualified B2B opportunities through outreach and referrals.
• Experience in professional services such as software development, IT consulting, cloud services, or tech staffing.

Responsibilities

• Attend Phoenix/Scottsdale area events monthly to network as a trusted connector.
• Prospect independently with weekly outreach and multi-threaded target account coverage.
• Partner with marketing to convert ABM campaigns into executive meetings.
• Co-host executive dinners and events to engage target accounts.
• Qualify prospects and hand off to sales for assessments and engagements.
• Maintain executive relationships after handoff and support sales teams.
• Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with meetings and opportunities.
• Aim for ~8 qualified exec meetings and 2–4 sales-accepted opportunities per month.
