Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction, hospitality/restaurant projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior build-outs and ground-up construction.
• Familiarity with kitchen infrastructure (grease waste, hoods, fire suppression).
• Detail-oriented, solutions-driven leader with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bidding, estimating, and preconstruction for hospitality projects.
• Manage projects from start to close-out including budget and schedule.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing RFIs and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with health, life-safety, ADA, and brand standards.
