This role requires 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality and proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and Sketchup. You will work closely with the founder to develop innovative restaurant concepts, managing projects from ideation through construction. Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in luxury hospitality, restaurant, or hotel.
• Experience in all phases of project management from design to construction.
• Strong understanding of building codes including ADAAG, IBC, NFPA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for design standards and communication.
• Conduct initial test fits and space plans using AutoCAD.
• Create design presentations using Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, and Enscape.
• Manage design schedules and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and maintain design standards.
