MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Sonoran Apartment Homes in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee all maintenance activities, schedule staff, and ensure safety and compliance across a 150+ unit community.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience, strong customer service, and a collaborative team approach. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Experience with maintenance across all trades and at least 150 units.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating routine maintenance.
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff.
• Coordinating or directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel.
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings.
• Maintaining records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!
