MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Sonoran Apartment Homes in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee all maintenance and repair activities, manage staff, and ensure safety compliance to keep the community well-maintained and resident-focused.

The role requires at least 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor and experience with 150+ units, across all trades. A valid driver's license and strong customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance

• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures

We are looking for an experiencedMaintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Sonoran Apartment Homes, in Phoenix, AZ!

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!
• Must have experience in all trades.

• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
