Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of the regulated pipeline inventory.
• Lead the development of 49 CFR 192 and 195 programs.
• Develop training on 49 CFR 192 and 195 Manuals.

Skills

Experience in pipeline, utility, midstream, or energy industry

Knowledge of PHMSA pipeline safety regulations

Ability to interpret regulatory requirements
