Qualifications

• Significant knowledge of US CFR Title 49 §190-199.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and filings.
• Ability to coordinate submissions across multiple business units.
• Proven data management and documentation skills.
• Experience with Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain procedures including ADC leadership and updates to SharePoint.
• Lead Federal and State Pipeline Safety Annual Reports and Accident Reporting.
• Develop and distribute monthly compliance reports.
• Provide administrative support of the MOC process.
• Manage Industry Standards portal renewals.
• Act as SME in regulations for internal customers.
• Participate in ERL Team on call 24/7.
• Support regulatory filings and data verification from multiple sources.
