Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights, sit or stand for long periods, and adapt to long irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors and explain donation impact.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming donor environment.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure collected blood meets safety standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at sites.
