Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Take time to personally connect with donors and explain how donation helps.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming and friendly environment for donors.
• Be detail oriented to ensure collected blood meets goals and regulatory requirements.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and work with the team to set up and tear down equipment at donation sites.
• Position may require a minimum height of 60 inches to operate vehicles safely.
