Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Buffalo, MN is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician to perform venous and capillary blood collection from adults, infants and children, and process POCT. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with rotational weekends.

The position offers a pay range of $23.00–$28.00 per hour, with eligibility for annual performance bonus depending on performance and company factors.

Qualifications

• 1 year phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Proficient in venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Experience with POCT processing and lab paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Collects blood and performs POCT as assigned.
• Cleans and stocks POCT supplies and prepares phlebotomy carts.
• Draws blood from patients of all ages and delivers specimens promptly.
• Adheres to departmental policies and reports issues to supervisor.
• Logs temperatures and coordinates specimen transport.
