Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician in Cambridge, MN, Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with rotational weekends. The role involves blood collection from adults, infants and children, plus POCT and related duties in a clinical setting.

The position pays $23.00–$28.00 per hour with potential annual bonus, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans and paid time off. Travel to health fairs or PSA sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collects blood and/or performs POC as assigned.
• Cleans and restocks POC supplies and prepares phlebotomy carts/trays.
• Assists coworkers with draws and POC testing.
• Draws venous or capillary blood from newborn through geriatric patients using aseptic techniques.
• Delivers blood work within policy time frames.
• Performs POC tests on patients from newborn to geriatric.
• Completes clerical functions for POC testing documents.
