Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of phlebotomy experience or graduation from a phlebotomy school with clinical internship.
• Certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Computer experience and good customer skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy in all patient care areas and all age groups.
• Uses Laboratory Information System to register patients and process specimens.
• Reference lab testing and patient information.
