Job summary

DRH Health is seeking a laboratory phlebotomist/clerk to support daily blood collection, specimen processing, and order entry. You will register patients, collect samples, label and process specimens, and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.

The role demands strong communication, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to multitask in a busy lab environment. Training and compliance with DRH standards are required, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Basic computer literacy including email and EHR use.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to remain flexible to emergent situations and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens accurately and on time according to procedures.
• Record and manage data: verify orders, label tubes, enter data in system.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone.
• Complete required training and competencies.
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
• Adhere to DRH policies and maintain professional conduct.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality for shifts.
• Adapt care methods to patient needs.
