Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Marco Island, FL, is seeking a Phlebotomist I to join our team on a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with rotational weekends. The position offers a pay range of $20.80+ per hour and is eligible for annual bonus potential based on performance.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, data entry, and ensuring quality and compliance with established procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab technology systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information, collect payments when required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training completion.
• Complete trainings timely.
