Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent may be required depending on state rules.
• Phlebotomy program completion or relevant experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receipt biological specimens and enter into the system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to the appropriate area.
• Perform specified analytical testing as assigned and follow policies.
