Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of LIS/HIS and laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and related laboratory procedures to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Accurately enter patient, order and collection information in LIS/HIS.
• Follow CAP and other regulatory guidelines and patient safety goals.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper specimen labeling.
• Assist with training students and new staff.
