Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to collect blood specimens from patients of all ages (pediatric and geriatric).
• Ability to manage a high patient volume accurately and efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with all departments and clients.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (including drug screens).
• Collect blood and urine specimens using approved techniques.
• Accession patient and test information into Care 360 system accurately.
• Process and prepare all types of specimens for testing.
• Obtain billing information from patients and ICD-10 data from clients as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, patients, and external customers.
