BMC Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV, is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood and blood culture collection, as well as non-blood specimens, venipunctures, and chain-of-custody procedures across patient groups from neonates to geriatrics.
You will label specimens, operate standard lab equipment, and communicate effectively with patients, clients, and staff. A high school diploma is required; six months phlebotomy experience is preferred, and CPT certification is a plus.

Responsible for blood and blood culture collection; non-blood specimen collection including urine, sputum, semen samples, throat swabs; chain of custody specimen collection. Perform venipunctures and skin punctures competently and expediently.
