Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of phlebotomy experience, strong processing knowledge, and excellent communication. Varied shifts with travel between outreach locations are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of phlebotomy experience, preferably in an outreach setting.
• Strong specimen processing knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures daily, with accuracy and patient safety.
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensure correct patient identification and specimen integrity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and clinical teams.
• Travel and support multiple outreach laboratory locations as needed.
