Missouri Baptist Medical Center, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking a Lab Associate II for the Outreach Laboratory Float Pool. The role performs phlebotomy, specimen processing and customer service while supporting staffing across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of phlebotomy experience, strong specimen processing knowledge and excellent communication. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:30 PM, with no weekends or holidays, and travel to various outreach sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 2–5+ years phlebotomy experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Perform phlebotomy and patient identification daily.
• Process and prepare specimens for testing.
