Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Stoughton, MA, from Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with rotational weekends. Pay range is $24.50–$26.25 per hour.

The role includes collecting specimens, processing samples, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced laboratory setting. Applicants should have at least three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry skills, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Review test/client information and verify orders via lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stock, sanitation, filing, phones, emails).
• Read and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with statistics/data submission.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and maintenance records.
• Complete online and in-person training timely.
