Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories / Laboratory Sciences of Arizona is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect and process specimens across Hospital Facilities, PSCs, IOPs and MDS sites. This role may require coverage at Prescott and other locations, ensuring proper specimen handling, data entry, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include labeling, transporting specimens, and supporting routine lab operations while maintaining patient privacy and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection and receipt into the department system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to appropriate areas.
• Enter and verify patient demographics, tests requested and collection details in the system.
• Maintain quality, productivity and compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers and support coverage at multiple locations.
