Job summary

You’ll work with a team to welcome donors, follow safety procedures, and ensure donations meet regulatory standards while supporting lifesaving blood supply to hospitals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting is required.
• A current, valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Take time to connect with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure collected blood meets regulatory and safety standards.
