Job summary

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is seeking a Supervising Phlebotomist to oversee daily phlebotomy operations, assign duties, and provide technical guidance to staff in Colton, CA. The role requires CS phlebotomy licensure and 18 months of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities include supervising blood collection, coordinating workload with other departments, training new staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection-control standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a current State of California CPT license (CPT-1 or CPT-2).
• Eighteen (18) months of full-time phlebotomy experience in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Phlebotomists and Trainees; coordinate day-to-day phlebotomy operations.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital procedures.
