Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a frontline supervisor for phlebotomy operations in the New York region. You will lead phlebotomy teams across multiple sites and support the Operations Manager in achieving departmental goals while delivering excellent patient-focused service.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory lab experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
• 2+ years of specimen collection or processing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (bonus)
