Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc. in Huntington, NY is seeking a professional phlebotomist to join our front-line healthcare team.

You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure proper labeling and test ordering while upholding safety and quality standards. Location: 180 East Pulaski Rd, Huntington, NY, 11746

Shift: 9:00am - 6:00pm; Monday; 8:30am - 5:30pm; Tuesday - Friday and 7:15aam - 12:00pm; Saturday

Full-time: Benefit Eligible

Hourly Rate: $20.00-$24.00/hr

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus points if you've got:

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
