Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead phlebotomy operations and drive excellent patient care across multiple locations. You will mentor staff, optimize workflows, and support departmental goals within a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• 5+ years of phlebotomy, specimen collection, or laboratory support experience.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory or leadership experience in a laboratory, patient service center, or healthcare environment.
• Experience coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions independently.
• Proficiency with scheduling, staffing, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with departmental goals and objectives, including developing and inspiring your team of employees.
