Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead phlebotomy operations across multiple sites within the designated region. You will support the Operations Manager, develop and inspire your team, and ensure exceptional, patient-focused service.

The role requires 2+ years in specimen collection or processing, 2+ years of supervisory experience in a lab, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• 2+ years of specimen collection or processing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
