Job summary

Precision Diagnostics in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a full-time Specimen Collector/Phlebotomist to join our clinical laboratory team. You will collect and process patient specimens, verify demographics and insurance, and ensure specimen integrity in a compliant environment.

The role requires attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to work independently with HIPAA-compliant practices. Location is Albuquerque; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with weekends to be determined.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if using a personal vehicle for work.
• Background check and MVR check successfully completed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and label patient specimens per SOPs.
• Verify patient demographics, identification, and insurance information.
• Enter orders and document specimen information in systems.
• Maintain specimen integrity through proper handling, storage, and transport.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
