Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance if operating a personal vehicle for work.
• Background check and MVR check successful completion.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, label, package, and ship specimens following SOPs.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Maintain specimen integrity with proper handling and storage.
• Enter orders and maintain documentation in systems.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable regulations.
• Provide compassionate patient care during specimen collection.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with staff and clients to support operations.
