Job summary

Talentify seeks a Phlebotomist II for first shift in Dearborn, MI. The role is a contract position lasting five months, onsite with flexibility to cover multiple locations. You will perform blood collection, ensure accurate labeling, and support patient service centers and in-office sites as needed.

Required experience includes three years of phlebotomy, strong customer service, and a commitment to safety. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour plus standard benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples accurately.
• Ensure proper labeling and patient demographics verification.
• Maintain records and comply with safety and privacy policies.
• Cover multiple Patient Service Centers and in-office locations as needed.
• Provide safe, professional patient interactions and teamwork.
