Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a 5+ month assignment in Dearborn, MI. You will draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and communicate clearly with patients in a respectful, safety‑mocused manner.

Shift is Mon‑Fri, 8AM–5PM, with potential to cover multiple locations. Requires 3 years phlebotomy, including pediatric/geriatric experience, and PSC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in retail or service environment preferred; keyboard/data entry.
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel and cover multiple locations with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing following procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling prior to testing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure a safe, professional environment.
• Perform duties with confidentiality and accuracy as directed.
