Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• Experience delivering professional customer service in healthcare.
• Able to perform accurate data entry and maintain patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Identify patients, label specimens, and prepare for transport and testing.
• Provide professional patient and client service and resolve routine concerns.
• Direct daily site operations and mentor staff as needed.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety, and confidentiality.
