Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance, or staffing issues to supervisors
• Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, and information logs
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Process billing information and collect payments when necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
